"Off-Site Estate Sale" 
An off-site estate sale is where there are multiple households of items that have been moved under one roof. These items have been moved here as the home owners in these situations could not have an estate sale in their personal homes i.g., condo association did not allow the owner to have an estate sale.

This will be run the same as a regular estate sale, Where everything must go in one weekend!

Parking:
There is free street parking on Caniff, and metered parking on Joseph Campau. There are also several nearby municipal lots: one at McKay just north of Caniff, and one off Caniff 2 blocks east of Joseph Campau. 
There will be a load-out area for easy transport of furniture purchases.
