Civic Arts: How to Build Your Neighborhood Incrementally over time!

"Just Don't Mess it Up!" Monte Anderson, Dallas-based developer/ community activist said as he took a walk through Hamtramck a few summers ago. Monte has slowly worked to improve his neighborhood in South Dallas over the last 30 years. We're excited to have him back to do a talk-- He'll discuss how to cultivate the neighborhood you live in through development.

Do you want to learn more about how you can become a small real estate developer for a project in your neighborhood?  Are you an advocate or local leader looking to encourage better buildings in your community?

Monte Anderson is the CEO/President at Options Real Estate Investments, Inc. and Founding Member At Incremental Development Alliance.

Bank Suey's Civic Arts Series

We'll talk to artists who's practice can be used to shape neighborhood futures and planning professionals who employ more creative strategies in their work.
