Installing Reclaimed Squash Court

We acquired the wood from Reclaim Detroit. Reclaim Detroit obtains materials from deconstruction projects within the city, along with renovations and other sources, to be re-used again. The wood we picked was maple, originally from the Detroit Athletic Club's Squash Courts. We picked it because of it's history, it's great quality, and also because the tongue & groove was still in great shape. We were excited to be able to get affordable materials, be able to purchase used instead of new, and to support another local business.
